Zatanna is a human magician who can cast spell's by speaking the words backwards. In the previous timeline before The Flash created the Second Flashpoint she is wife of John Constantine. When the universe was reset, a representation of her appeared in the House of Mystery murdering John for centuries because of his own self loathing.

It is currently unknown which universe this Zatanna comes from on the Monitor's ship.
After the new Monoverse is created, she merges with her counterpart via the Miracle Machine.
