The Spectre is a cosmic being and the embodiment of God’s wrath.
History[]
The spectre was created by God to be a manifestation of his holy wrath. The Spectre was tasked by the Universe to punish John Constantine for using Barry Allen from the previous timeline to alter history a second time by killing the New God Darkseid in his infancy . The Spectre tried to avert this fate by trapping Constantine in the House of Mystery. After Constantine escaped, the Spectre revealed the truth about what he had done. He then said he would return to the house and never attempt to escape again. However, The Spectre told Constantine that he was now unable to protect him. He observed as a hole in the universe opened up dragging Constantine through it screaming.

- Nigh Omnipotence: As the embodiment of God's Wrath, Spectre has powers and abilities to do almost anything, making him one of the most powerful beings in the Multiverse, only rivalled by the Monitor and the Anti Monitor.
- Principle Embodiment: The power to become the embodiment of principles. The Spectre becomes the embodiment or personification of God's wrath.
- Meta Teleportation: The Specter seems to be able to teleport absolutely anywhere. He appears and desappears from the Monitor’s satellite.
- Nigh-Omniscience: The Specter possess immense awareness, knowledge and understanding of what's going on all over the entire universe. He can instantly detect events transpiring throughout almost everywhere in existence, like the Antimatter wave.
- Immeasurable Strength: The Spectre possesses practically unlimited levels of SuperHuman Strength
- Invulnerability : The Spectre is virtually indestructible as he survived the destruction of an Entire Universe Unscathed.
