Earth-2 was one of many Earth's in the Multiverse. It was destroyed by the Anti-Monitor wave.

History[]

The history of Earth 2, is similar to many other realities in the Multiverse with historical events such as World War II and certain individuals such as Superman Batman and Wonder Woman existing in this universe. However there are also several major divergences from other worlds with the primary difference being that Superheroes began emerging prior to World War II whereas on Earth 1 Superheroes only began appearing less than a decade prior to the present day. As a result of this many of these superheroes were born decades earlier than their counterparts and some of them lived dramatically different lives . In This reality World War II saw many countries such as Russia and most of Europe conquered by Nazi Germany leaving only a few allied nations to combat the Nazi threat. During the War US President Roosevelt and Steve Trevor came into contact with Wonder Woman who aided them in recruiting other Superheroes to form the Justice Society of America .

In 1943 in the midst World War II The Justice Society would encounter Barry Allen the Flash from a parallel Universe who had arrived in their universe as a result of drawing upon an excess amount of speed force energy during a battle with Brainiac. Initially believing that he had traveled backwards in time Barry temporarily joined the Justice Society in their mission to find a codebreaker who had been captured by the Nazis . Upon Entering the Nazis base the JSA discovered that their contact Shakespeare was in fact Clark Kent causing Barry to realize that he had not time travelled but instead been transported to an alternate universe. Discovering that the code breaker was Dr Fate who told them to go to the Bermuda Triangle .Travelling to the coordinates the JSA were taken to Atlantis where they discovered that the Adviser was mind controlling Aquaman into providing the Nazis with Atlantean technology . The Adviser then ordered the Justice Society captured and began making preparations to invade New York and America as a whole . The JSA managed to escape Atlantis and travelled to New York where they successfully fought off the Atlantean Army and freeing Aquaman from his control. Shortly afterwards however The Adviser revealed that should Aquaman fail he had called in an air strike to bomb the entire nation before fatally shooting Steve though the planes were destroyed by Clark now going by the Alias Superman. The adviser managed to escape in the aftermath utilizing magic whilst the Justice society aided Barry in returning to his own universe. At some point the Spectre the embodiment of Gods wrath and an exponentially powerful being would venture to Earth 2 joining the Justice Society and aiding them throughout the remainder of the war which came to an end in 1945 though the JSA would continue to operate as heroes for several decades with some such as Black Canary and Batman passing on their mantles to their children. Earth 2 was one of the many Earths caught in the crossfire of the Crisis on Infinite Earths despite the best efforts of the JSA and other heroes Earth 2 was eventually destroyed by the Anti Monitor with Earth 2's inhabitants and aspects of its history being merged into a monoverse.
